Use of this website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (persons who are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract). If you are a minor (under 18 years), you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Account authentication is conducted via passwordless One-Time Passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile telephone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile device and OTPs. Sunehri Leaf Co. shall not be liable for unauthorized orders placed due to compromised mobile devices.

Sunehri Leaf Co. specializes in sourcing authentic loose leaf teas, single-estate Darjeeling flushes (First Flush, Second Flush, Autumnal), Assam Orthodox and CTC blends, high-elevation green teas, and herbal infusions.

Agricultural Product Disclaimer: Tea is a 100% natural, seasonal agricultural produce. While we maintain rigorous quality checks and vacuum-sealed aroma packaging, natural variations in leaf appearance, liquor color, briskness, and subtle aromatic notes may naturally occur between seasonal flushes, climate fluctuations, and estate batches. Product imagery on the platform is representative; actual dry leaf appearance and brewed liquor may exhibit minor organic variations.

• All prices quoted on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• A valid commercial invoice / bill of supply containing our business details, FSSAI license number, and itemized product details is generated electronically and included with every dispatched parcel.
• Sunehri Leaf Co. reserves the right to modify retail and wholesale pricing at any time. In the event of a pricing error caused by technical anomalies, we reserve the right to notify the customer and cancel the affected order with a full refund.

Your order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is deemed accepted only when packed and handed over to our courier partners, whereupon an automated Air Waybill (AWB) notification is generated.

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Customers may cancel an unfulfilled order directly from their account dashboard before parcel dispatch. Once an order is dispatched and an AWB is assigned, it cannot be intercepted in transit and must be handled under our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

We accept online payments via RBI-authorized payment aggregators (supporting UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, NetBanking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes. All online financial transactions are processed over 256-bit encrypted channels directly on certified PCI-DSS compliant gateway servers. Sunehri Leaf Co. does not store or process sensitive banking credentials.

All content on this website, including but not limited to brand emblems, trademarks, logos, photographs, tasting notes, brewing guides, product descriptions, custom software scripts, and visual design layouts, is the exclusive proprietary property of Sunehri Leaf Co. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, downloading, or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Sunehri Leaf Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website downtime, or courier delays caused by natural calamities.

In all circumstances, the total aggregate liability of Sunehri Leaf Co. for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the actual monetary amount paid by the customer for the specific product in dispute.

These Terms and Conditions, transactions, and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal dispute, suit, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Siliguri, Darjeeling District, West Bengal, India.
